Mastermind Session: "The Mental Fitness Advantage - From Mental Fatigue to Focus, Resilience & Action"

The best strategy in the world is useless if you don't have the mental capacity to execute it.

Entrepreneurs are constantly navigating uncertainty, decisions, visibility, setbacks, competing priorities, and the pressure to keep moving forward. Under that pressure, habitual mental patterns—our Saboteurs—can quietly drain our energy, fuel overthinking and self-doubt, and keep us stuck in behaviours that don't serve us or our business.

Based on the Positive Intelligence® framework developed by Shirzad Chamine at Stanford University, this interactive session will help entrepreneurs recognize the mental patterns that may be getting in the way of their clarity, confidence, and follow-through. You'll learn how to interrupt those automatic reactions and build the mental fitness to respond to challenges with greater intention—so you can execute your strategy without burning yourself out in the process.

Want to be part of this Mastermind Group running from Sept 22nd to Dec 1st? Connect with Gather Comox (button below) to learn more.

Webinar: "Seeing Clearly Under Pressure: Why Understanding Your Physiology Is a Professional Competency in Law"

What if one of the biggest influences on your professional judgment isn’t your legal knowledge but your nervous system?

Lawyers are trained to think critically, analyze deeply, and make sound decisions. But we rarely examine the biological system through which those decisions are made. Your physiological state helps shape what reaches your awareness, how you interpret situations, and which responses become available under pressure.

In this practical and interactive webinar, commercial lawyer and mental health educator Marc Adler and high-performance coach and kinesiologist Linda Bartholme explore why understanding your physiology is not just about wellness. It is about professional clarity. You’ll learn why clearer perception matters for better judgment, how activation can affect the way we interpret the world, and practical ways to work with your nervous system rather than against it. You’ll leave with tools to help you see more clearly, respond more effectively, and practise law more sustainably. Because professional judgment depends on what you are able to perceive.
